Other Ceremonies

Renewal of Vows

A Renewal of Vows Ceremony is a beautiful ceremony where a married couple will either publicly or privately renew the vows they made on their wedding day.

It is where they express that they are still in love and still want to spend the rest of their lives together.

This can be done at a certain anniversary or may be performed when some significant life event has occurred that causes the couple to realise that being together is still ‘right’.

It is the ideal opportunity to redefine their marriage and rededicate themselves to it.

With a Renewal of Vows Ceremony, the introduction is really important. It needs to tell the story of you as a couple and why you have chosen this particular time to renew your vows. It can reflect on your journey together so far. The highs and some of the lows, which have all helped to shape and strengthen your relationship.

If you have any children, then they can be involved and it allows them to show their appreciation and joy at being part of such a happy family, as well as how much you love and value them.

Commitment Ceremonies

You may not be ready to marry, but just want to make a life-long commitment to that special someone in your life.
A Commitment Ceremony is a way of doing this.

This is not a legal ceremony, and whilst we can’t ‘pretend’ it’s a wedding, it is still a beautiful and meaningful ceremony.

Eloping

Thinking of Eloping?
Couples used to elope because for whatever reason, the thought of their union was frowned upon by their family and friends, or by society itself.
Today, your reason may be similar or it may be that you just want to marry without all the fuss, not to mention the expense.
Or,
It could be that you want to create a beautiful romantic memory that you can always treasure.
You might live locally, in another part of Australia, or even overseas – Perth is a beautiful place to marry!
